September is the birth month of GOD DAG LAB. We celebrate every anniversary with the "Full Moon Festival," a ritual where we gather to honor the light within us all.
When we designed our membership program, we thought of the joy of a new school year. We named our levels “Sunshine”, “Rainbow”, and “Love”—names that spark a sense of wonder and remind us that we are all "classmates" learning the art of self-care.
VIP Level 01
Sunshine
- Start earning points and grow with us!
- Spend a cumulative total of HK$10,000 within a calendar year to automatically upgrade to LEVEL 02 (RAINBOW).
- Earn 1 Point for every HK$1 spent.
• Points can be used for future member rewards and exclusive gift redemptions. - Membership Structure:
- Spending Amount - Determines your membership tier and upgrades.
- Member Points - Used for our annual gift redemption in December. - Point Redemption Details:
- Accumulated points will be open for gift redemption every December (details will be announced prior to the redemption period).
- Points are strictly for reward purposes and do not affect your membership tier or renewal status. - Tier Calculation: Based on cumulative spending within each calendar year.
- Membership Cycle: January 1st to December 31st annually.
Vip Level 02
Rainbow
- VIP Status! Enjoy exclusive privileges and deeper connections.
- Earn 1 Point for every HK$1 spent.
- Exclusive 5% OFF on all regular-priced items.
- A one-time 15% OFF on regular-priced items during your birthday month.
- Regular access to exclusive member-only offers.
- Priority access to workshops and DIY classes (Free or at a special member rate).
- Tier Requirement: Maintain a cumulative annual spend of HK$10,000 to retain this status.
- Upgrade & Adjustment Mechanism:
- Upgrade: Spend HK$30,000 or more within a year to upgrade to LEVEL 03 (LOVE).
- Adjustment: If annual spending is below HK$10,000, the tier will be adjusted to LEVEL 01 (SUNSHINE) for the following year.
- Membership Structure:
- Spending Amount - Determines your membership tier and upgrades.
- Member Points - Used for our annual gift redemption in December. - Membership Cycle: January 1st to December 31st annually.
Vip Level 03
Love
- Elite VIP Status! The ultimate GOD DAG LAB experience.
- Earn 1 Point for every HK$1 spent.
- Exclusive 5% OFF on all regular-priced items.
- A one-time 25% OFF on regular-priced items during your birthday month.
- Regular access to exclusive member-only offers.
- Pre-order rights for limited-edition products.
- Priority access to workshops and DIY classes (Free or at a special member rate).
- Tier Requirement: Maintain a cumulative annual spend of HK$30,000 to retain this status.
- Adjustment Mechanism:
- If annual spending is below HK$30,000, the tier will be adjusted to LEVEL 02 (RAINBOW) for the following year.
- If annual spending is below HK$10,000, the tier will be adjusted to LEVEL 01 (SUNSHINE) for the following year.

1. By registering at our store or website, you become a SUNSHINE member and can participate in the Membership Program.
2. Membership Program:
- Earn 1 Point for every HK$1 spent. (Points can be used for future member rewards and exclusive gift redemptions.)

4. VIP member benefits can be used both in-store and online.
5. GOD DAG LAB will occasionally launch exclusive member offers and special gifts.
6. RAINBOW and LOVE members may participate in workshops and DIY classes from time to time.
7. Only LOVE members enjoy pre-order rights for limited-edition products.
8. Membership and reward points belong to the member personally and cannot be transferred to others.
9. Membership tier and points records are based solely on GOD DAG LAB’s system records.
10. All gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and quantities are limited.
11. Personal information provided by members will only be used for operating the GOD DAG LAB membership program and for occasional promotional purposes related to member benefits. If a member is unable to provide personal data, GOD DAG LAB may not be able to provide the above services.
12. GOD DAG LAB reserves the right to change the selection of gifts without prior notice. Please contact our staff for details.
13. GOD DAG LAB reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, GOD DAG LAB reserves the final decision.
